![]() ![]() Item H635: Exterior displays a rough texture overpaint which was common among M35 helmets to cover the factory glossy parade finish. WWII M35 NS64 German Army Tropical/Mediterranean Camo Helmet Named to German soldier in red pencil on the rear of the flared portion. The strap can easily be repaired if the next owner desires to do so. Long portion of strap is in its entirety but has been broken. Buckle end of chinstrap is steel with most of the gray paint intact. Small impression on rear right top of helmet. Lightly visible quality control ink stamp on interior crown of helmet. Reinforced aluminum liner band manufacturer stamped and dated D.R.P. All three untouched split pin rivet fasteners intact and complete with all three slotted washers. Tight fitting liner system 100% original to the helmet. 80% and was applied over top of a Heer decal. Both authentic and factory applied decals are proportionate with the overall wear. Item H712: This particular helmet was initially issued as a Heer helmet. WWII M35 Q62 German Combat Police Former Heer Helmet The leather liner is fully pliable and has taken on a darkened aged appearance. The liner is manufacturer stamped and dated B&C Berlin 1939. ![]() The reinforced aluminum liner was assembled with this helmet from leftover stock and during the transition to the zinc liner bands. None of the three rivets show any sign of secondary bends. Liner system 100% original to the helmet. Authentic and factory applied Luftwaffe adler decal commensurate with the overall wear and also rates approx 92%. Over top of the factory paint is a whitewash which is still clearly prevalent. Item H715: Exterior displays moderate wear with approx 92% of the factory paint remaining.
